"Rentor's Insurance"

• Rentor's insurance is intended to allow those persons renting their residence to insure their personal property and liability exposures only.  It is very similar to the homeowner insurance policy without having to insure the home.  This is a very inexpensive means of protecting personal property.  (Ex. College dorms, apartments, rental homes)
• Many landlords now require the rentor to maintain an insurance policy that covers the rentor's belongings.
